WHAT WILL I LEARN IN LEVEL 1?
Level 1
In level 1, there are no prerequisites and everyone is welcome to come and discover pole dance with us! You will learn combinations of spins on a static pole and will begin to work on the spinning pole. You will train your first inversions and inverted figures, as well as some static seated poses on the pole and learn how to climb the pole. You will notice that you begin to gain strength, range of movement, endurance and a better sense of balance!
